This gift card is redeemable only for food or beverage at all participating Mikuni Sushi Restaurants in California. Not redeemable for cash or credit unless the balance is under California state law. Safeguard your card number. If lost or stolen, a replacement card with the remaining value requires original proof of purchase, including a 12-digit card identification number and 6-digit PIN/Registration Code. Resale is prohibited. Card funds do not expire. Purchase, use, or acceptance of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
