Disclosure. The following is a summary of the Official Rules of the Mikuni Ugly Christmas Sweater Giveaway and is qualified in its entirety to the Official Rules which may be obtained by mailing a request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Mikuni corporate offices: Mikuni Ugly Christmas Sweater Giveaway, 5012 Luce Avenue, Suite 100, McClellan CA 95652. Each applicant who enters the Mikuni Ugly Christmas Sweater Giveaway (“Giveaway”) will be deemed a Participant subject to restrictions. During the month of December of 2019, Mikuni shall accept entries to the Mikuni Ugly Christmas Sweater Giveaway. Subject to the restrictions below, Mikuni will publicize all completed Mikuni Ugly Christmas Sweaters from submitted entries. Participants may upload photo(s) of one completed Mikuni Ugly Christmas Sweater. You must be a California resident and at least 21 years old, both on the date you submit your Ugly Christmas Sweater entry. Mikuni principals and employees, and their immediate family members (father, mother, children and siblings), are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. You may enter the Giveaway by completing a Mikuni Ugly Christmas Sweater and uploading a photo of it via electronic mail to concierge@mikunisushi.com. There is a limit of one entry that may be completed per person. The entry period will start on December 7th, 2019, with the announcement of the contest, and end on or before December 25, 2019. All completed entries must be received by Midnight, Sacramento Time, on December 25, 2019. The Giveaway will be announced on January 5th, 2020, by emailing the five Giveaway winners, in addition to announcements using Mikuni Facebook pages, Twitter, and Instagram social media channels. Each Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 5 days of selection or we will select an alternate Winner. Acceptance of becoming a Winner constitutes permission to use the Finalist’s name and photograph in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. There will be five Winners. There is only one $1,000.00 gift card first prize that will be given away. Other prizes up to no more than four, will include various denominations of Mikuni gift cards.
