Safeguard your card. If lost or stolen, a replacement card with the remaining value requires original proof of purchase, including a 16-digit gift card identification number and 6 digit PIN. Resale is prohibited. Card funds do not expire. Purchase, use, or acceptance of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
