Sushiology 3A: Make your own roll and sushi platter and graduate from Mikuni Sushiology. In order to participate, you must have take ALL FOUR previous classes. No exceptions.
We serve appetizers and beverages. All you need to bring is a cutting board for your work surface…Mikuni provides the rest. Don't forget to bring the chef knife you received in Sushiology 1A.
Note: Classes must be taken in order since skills taught build on the prior class lesson.
