Register for all the Sushiology classes at once. Please just fill in the amount of tickets you'd like for each class and check out in a few easy steps! Remember, you have to take the classes in order 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3.
Class Descriptions
Sushiology 1A
Making perfect sushi rice, temaki (California roll), Ura Maki (Inside Out roll), Mikuni Beer Tasting.
Sushiology 1B
How to select fresh fish, sushi ebi (shrimp), Mikuni Original roll (Fair Oaks/No. 9 roll), beginning sauce making (ponzu sauce), sunomono (cucumber salad), sake tasting.
We serve appetizers and beverages. All you need to bring is a cutting board for your work surface…Mikuni provides the rest. Don't forget to bring the chef knife you received in Sushiology 1A.
Sushiology 2A
Oyster tasting, Unagi (eel) sauce, deep-fried tempura (vegetables, shrimp), Mikuni Special rolls (chef's choice).
Sushiology 2B
Nigiri-style sushi, inari sushi, tekka make (tuna with seafood wrapper), futo maki (tamago), kanpyo, shitake (mushroom), beni shoga, Mikuni sake tasting.
Sushiology 3A
Make your own roll and sushi platter and graduate from Mikuni Sushiology. In order to participate, you must have take ALL FOUR previous classes. No exceptions.
