Sushiology

Mikuni's widely popular sushi-making class is available at the Roseville and Elk Grove locations. Don't miss an exciting opportunity to learn sushi secrets under the expert tutelage of some of Mikuni's best sushi masters. We serve appetizers and beverages. The Sushiology curriculum includes the following classes:

• Sushiology 1A
• Sushiology 1B
• Sushiology 2A
• Sushiology 2B
• Sushiology 3

Public classes are hosted at Mikuni Roseville or Mikuni Elk Grove from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Arrive early to get the best seat.

Note: Classes must be taken in order since skills taught build on the prior class lesson.
Must be 18 years old to participate.
